Psychological aspects of tatoo

The goal of this thesis is to conduct qualitative research aimed at psychological aspects of tattoos in the form of ethnographic study. The research follows a relationship between an individual and his tattoos with the main topics being a motivation for getting a tattoo, meaning of the tattoo for the owner, and the relationship between the artist and his client. Data were gathered using unstructured interviews with an emphasis on building trust between the researcher and the interviewee. The study concludes the motivation can be distinguished into internal and external. The internal motivation represents the benefits tattoos can bring to his owner while the external motivation shows the ways an individual can use the tattoo to send a message to others. As for the owner-tattoo relationship, results show variations in how can one perceive his tattoos and what tattoo could mean for the owner. Some of the respondents viewed their tattoos as just a body decoration, others used them as symbols of their own deeper thoughts and lifestyle. When exploring the artist-client relationship, it has been found out trust and mutual sympathies as well as setting up proper boundaries to keep the relationship on the professional level all seem to play an important role. Plastic expressions of students with multiple disabilities

The thesis deals with the topic of the differences in human corporeality as uniqueness of our existence. It is divided into four parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of corporeality and the associated topics of self- concept, self-acceptance and self-presentation, with an emphasis on supporting the development of people with combined disabilities. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the use of human body in art, especially modern art - action art, based on ritual, and body-art. The didactic part brings a proposal to adapt the curriculum of the school program of Ceramic Production for pupils with combined disabilities, by assigning suitable artistic tasks using the material of ceramic clay. The presented result is a series of art lessons - methodological sheets for four teaching blocks focused on the use of physical gestures, emotions and self-concept by students with combined disabilities. The aim is to involve pupils with all types of disabilities, and cause their conscious use of physicality in working with ceramic clay. Psychotherapeutic aspects of author's creation

This Bachelor thesis dealing with the author's creation was written as a potential psychotherapeutic method. The goal of the thesis is to determine whether writing own short texts and reading them in public can be used in the area of psychotherapy or not. Further goal is a description of the relationships between the individual and the author's creation. The author has been also analysing external and internal effects influencing the individual. The thesis is divided into two parts a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the author describes the author's creation itself, the game phenomenon and the area of psychotherapy. There is a thorough description of narrative and expressive psychotherapy particularly dramatherapy, poetry therapy, bibliotherapy, fairytale therapy and game therapy. Furthermore, there is mentioned existing knowledge of author's creation including the research done at University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The practical part is basically a qualitative study which is further divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with analysis of semistructured interviews, the second part with analysis of student's self-reflections. Summary and comparison of the research results and author's own case study are at the end of the thesis. Subject of discussion is an application of the author's creation in the area of expressive psychotherapy.
